GPU Rental Group is a decentralized GPU infrastructure platform designed for AI builders, researchers, and enterprises. It operates as a product under DAITS AI LTD, a registered company focused on AI infrastructure, certification, and decentralized governance tools.
2. Definitions

• "DAITS AI LTD" refers to the registered legal entity operating GPU Rental Group.

• "GPU Rental Group" refers to our brand and GPU rental services platform.

• "You" / "User" refers to any individual, company, or organization using our platform.

• "DAITS" refers to the Decentralized AI Trust & Security Board, a related initiative focused on AI certification and governance.

3. Eligibility & User Accounts
To access our services, you must:

• Be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• Use the services only for lawful and ethical purposes.

• Provide accurate account information and maintain its security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
4. Services Provided
DAITS AI LTD offers access to decentralized GPU resources under the GPU Rental Group brand, including but not limited to:

• High-performance GPU access (e.g. A100, H100, RTX 4090, B20)

• Geo-distributed node selection

• Custom infrastructure configurations

• Optional integration with DAITS certification and ecosystem offerings

Please note: Participation in DAITS certification or grant programs is optional and subject to separate terms at DAITS.org.
5. Pricing, Billing & Payments
5.1 Transparent Pricing
Rates are clearly stated before booking and may vary based on GPU type, configuration, region, and usage length. All pricing is exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees upfront or on a schedule approved by DAITS AI LTD. Accepted payment methods include fiat (via Stripe or equivalent) and supported cryptocurrencies.
Failure to make payment may result in suspended access or termination of services.
5.3 Discounts & Incentives
Users certified through the DAITS ecosystem may be eligible for discounted GPU pricing. These discounts are offered at our discretion and may change or be revoked at any time.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use GPUs for unlawful purposes, including model training that promotes harm, misinformation, surveillance, or abuse.

• Violate any applicable data privacy, export control, or AI regulations.

• Attempt to exploit or overload system infrastructure.

• Share login credentials or use another user’s account.

You retain full responsibility for any content, data, or models processed using our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, code, and software provided by DAITS AI LTD remains our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any models or data you upload or train, but grant us a limited license to process that data solely for delivering the service.
8. Third-Party Links and Ecosystem Access
Our services may provide optional access to third-party platforms (e.g., DAITS.org). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, terms, or data practices. Use them at your own discretion.
9. Service Availability & Limitations
While we aim for high uptime, service availability is not guaranteed. You acknowledge that outages, maintenance, or network issues may occur, and we are not liable for resulting disruptions, data loss, or training delays.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who:

• Violates these Terms

• Engages in unethical or abusive behavior

• Fails to make payment

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you must cease use of our services.
11. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAITS AI LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We provide all services “as is” and without warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
